When I got to "Control Panel" -> "Device Manager" -> Network Adapters -> (highlighted in yellow) -> Click "update Driver". It gives you the option to install or uninstall. If it gives you "Unable to find device". I would install. Otherwise, I clicked "Update Driver" and the program downloaded and installed the driver without a problem. I'm not sure if this was because I uninstalled and reinstalled it or if it was because I had problems getting it installed before. That can also happen if you don't have enough memory on your machine.
